warms up very slowly. and the hottest setting is not that hot. feels more warm to the touch. Also, I normally wear size XL and XXL. But this XXXXXL fits like a size L. It's quite disappointing, I had expected more from it.

It arrived in perfect condition, I liked it, but I got the wrong size, one size smaller would have been better, I tried it on and it started to heat well, I think I'll test it fully when winter comes.

The jacket is very nice, but they didn't send me either the one I ordered with 21 zones or the size I requested, I ordered an L and I got an XXL that's super big for a kid.
